Research White Papers

We run on-going international research studies into Imposter Syndrome, burnout and toxic resilience.

The 2024 Imposter Syndrome Research Study was published on November 25th 2024. It looks into the hidden role of Imposter Syndrome and the Gender Pay Gap.

It looks at the three hidden drivers of the Gender Pay Gap, which few organisations are addressing, and also the role of men's Imposter Syndrome on women's ability to fulfil their potential and achieve gender equality.
